Dislocation


When a joint goes out of its position and gets displaced, this condition refers to Dislocation. As a result, the affected area gets swelled up and is very painful.

Fracture


A commonly occurring orthopaedic injury, a fracture is a break in the bone as a result of sudden impact or weakened bone density which is an after-effect of osteoporosis.

Fractured bones are capable enough of causing numbness, redness and severe pain. It affects mobility severely. The recovery time varies from days to a few weeks and in some cases, surgery is involved too.


Knee Injury


Sudden twists may injure the muscles and/or tendons in the knees which snatches away the proper functioning of the knee joint. This injury can also be credited to osteoarthritis.
